Complete Meeting Package (CMP)

Overview

The Center accommodates groups from 10 to 200 guests during the conference season that begins after Labor Day and concludes in mid-June. All meetings and events must have a learning purpose.

Our Complete Meeting Package (CMP) offers easy-to-plan, easy-to-budget per person, per night package rates. There are no gratuities or service charges and only the food portion of the CMP is taxed based on the California State rate, offering tremendous value and simple planning.

The Complete Meeting Package in Action

Offering convenience and value throughout your stay, our CMP is a per person, per night rate. You’ll enjoy these services beginning with guest arrival and check-in and continuing through the end of your meeting on check-out day.

Check-In Day:

  • 4:00 p.m. Check-in Time
  • Meeting room(s) and breakout room(s) — reserved 24 hours per day during your stay
  • Audio visual equipment usage and assistance
  • Social room throughout your stay — Group may bring own alcoholic beverages
  • Four-course plated dinner at 6:30 p.m.
  • Overnight accommodations — Two guests in our two-story, two-bedroom, two-bath chalet-style Condolets (single and deluxe-single rooms are available at a different rate)
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property
  • Complimentary self-parking

First Full Day:

(and subsequent days, if staying longer)

  • Breakfast buffet from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m.
  • Meeting room(s) and breakout room(s) — reserved 24 hours per day during your stay
  • Audio visual equipment use with assistance provided
  • Coffee break in main meeting room throughout the day
  • Lunch buffet from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
  • Social room
  • Four-course plated dinner served at 6:30 p.m.

Check-Out Day:

  • Breakfast buffet from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m.
  • Meeting room(s) and breakout room(s) until 12:00 noon
  • Audio visual equipment use with assistance provided
  • Coffee break mid-morning in main meeting room
  • 12:00 noon check-out time
  • Lunch buffet from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.

*Our signature Condolets are a blend of a condominium and chalet.

  • Most rooms have in-room wood-burning fireplaces, decks with beautiful mountain or lake views, and sleeper sofas
  • Personal voicemail and DID line for incoming calls, plus free local calls and complimentary Wi-Fi
  • Multiple electrical and USB outlet box on top of a well-lighted desk
  • Iron, ironing board, blow dryer, and extra pillows and blankets in each guest room

Meeting Space Included in CMP

  • 10,000 square feet of meeting space with 14 meeting rooms; our largest room accommodates up to 200 guests
  • Most meeting rooms feature high ceilings, no pillars for unobstructed interior views, natural light, and many have fireplaces
  • On-site lodge attendant available to assist with meeting room set-ups to maximize the superior technology available at the Conference Center; complimentary Wi-Fi in all meeting rooms
  • Separate social area for free time or conference office

Food & Beverage Service included in CMP

Your group will be seated together in one or more of our three dining rooms. Tables are large to promote conversation and camaraderie. You will enjoy wonderful, sunny views by day and the warmth of our fireplaces and candlelit tables by night.

Group and private dining rooms, cozy lounge areas, fireplaces, and sumptuous food provide an exceptional dining experience for conference attendees. All dining rooms adjoin each other.

Meeting Room Breaks

  • Continuous refreshment break service throughout the day includes coffee, hot tea, iced tea, lemonade, and ice water
  • Snacks, hors d’oeuvres, and soft drinks are available at an additional cost

Bar Set-ups

The UCLA Lake Arrowhead Conference Center, as a state agency, cannot sell or provide alcoholic beverages. We do, however, allow you to bring your own social beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) — in bottles and cans only please, no kegs. At your request, we will provide a complimentary social room set-up (ice and glasses) before or after dinner.
